Civil Litigation

Suits, interim relief, execution and appeals — prepared on the record and argued with care.

Civil disputes are won on pleadings and documents long before the final hearing. We build each suit from the papers up: the cause of action, limitation, the right relief and the evidence that will prove it.

We act for plaintiffs and defendants in property, money, contract and consumer matters, from the first legal notice to execution of the decree.

What we handle

  1. 01

    Injunction suits

Temporary and permanent injunctions to protect possession, stop unlawful interference and secure interim orders.

  2. 02

    Money recovery suits

Suits for unpaid dues, loans, services and damages, including summary suits where the law allows.

  3. 03

    Declaration & specific performance

Declaring title or rights, and enforcing agreements of sale and other contracts.

  4. 04

    Partition suits

Division of joint family and ancestral property, with preliminary and final decree proceedings.

  5. 05

    Contractual disputes

Breach of contract, service disputes and disputes over business agreements and obligations.

  6. 06

    Consumer complaints

Complaints before Consumer Commissions for deficient service, defective goods, unfair trade practice and builder delays.

  7. 07

    Execution petitions

Enforcing decrees and orders through attachment, delivery of possession and other modes of execution.

  8. 08

    Civil appeals & revisions

First and second appeals, revisions and writ remedies against erroneous orders and decrees.
